Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. List of facilities/maintenance contractors and subcontractors for Wake BOE from Jan 2020 - current.
2. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for all facilities/maintenance contracts for Wake BOE from Jan 2020 - current.
2. Contracts for all facilities/building maintenance for Wake BOE from Jan 2020 - current.
3. Invoices for all Wake County BOE facilities/building maintenance work/contracts from Jan 2020 - current.
ALL facilities/building maintenance/services including (but not limited to)
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical & Lighting
Building Maintenance
Fire Equipment Maintenance
Elevator Maintenance
Security Camera Services
Landscaping Services
Janitor Services
If possible, I request that the request be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print.
Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Staff is working to create the requested "list of facilities/maintenance contracts" and hopes to provide that list by next week.
Due to the fact that numerous buildings operate using shared contracts and documents, staff must take additional time to identify responsive records to the request for contracts, as very few are only Board of Elections related. In addition, some of these documents will have to be reviewed/redacted for sensitive public security information purposes.
