Wells Fargo sponsorship of North Carolina State University programs

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to North Carolina Public Records Law (G.S. §§ 132-1 through 132-10), I hereby request the following documents:

I am requesting all communications and documents from Jan. 1, 2008 to the present relating to the planning of the Poole College of Management's Executive Leadership Series, sponsored by Wells Fargo. This includes emails and all other communications regarding Wells Fargo's sponsorship and any potential stipulations or requests made by representatives of Wells Fargo, and the particular official memoranda of understanding or other documents outlining the formal agreement(s).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
