Energy Transfer Partners Emails (Department of Emergency Services)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to North Dakota Constitution, Article XI, Section 6, and the North Dakota Open Records Statute, N.D.C.C. § 44-04-18(1), I hereby request the following records:

Emails to and from the company Energy Transfer Partners, which has a domain of @EnergyTransfer.com from the date 4/1/16 to the date this request is processed. Any address with the domain @EnergyTransfer.com is valid for this request, no matter what rank in the company they are.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
