Pursuant to North Dakota Constitution, Article XI, Section 6, and the North Dakota Open Records Statute, N.D.C.C. § 44-04-18(1), I hereby request the following records:
Any emails exchanged between the North Dakota Highway Patrol and the Office of the Governor of North Dakota on the date September 13, 2016.
In the event certain records responsive to this request are withheld due to public safety reasons, please still produce all responsive records while redacting any information that falls under public safety stipulations of the statute.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
