Pursuant to North Dakota Constitution, Article XI, Section 6, and the North Dakota Open Records Statute, N.D.C.C. § 44-04-18(1), I hereby request the following records:
Any reports or memos generated from, any transcripts or notes on, or any follow-ups generated from, the meeting between Governor Burgum, Standing Rock Indian Reservation Tribal Chairman David Archambault II, and other tribal officials at Prairie Knights Casino in the Standing Rock Reservation. This meeting occurred Wednesday January 25th 2017. I would like the records search conducted from January 25th 2017 to the date that this request is processed.
As a member of the news media working for MuckRock News I request that a fee waiver for my request be granted. My work has been published by national outlets. My work for Motherboard can be viewed at the following link: http://motherboard.vice.com/author/cwaltman
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
