Request for Body Cam Footage of Incident on July 20, 2023

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Incident Details for Footage Retrieval:

Date: July 20, 2023
Location: 7000 block of East Drive, North Bay Village, FL
Suspect: Crystal Alisha Brewster, 33
Incident Summary: Brewster was arrested for allegedly defrauding a taxi driver and committing battery on a person aged 65 or older. The incident occurred after she failed to pay the full fare for a taxi ride, engaged in a physical altercation with the driver, and was later identified and detained by police. Surveillance footage reportedly confirmed the victim’s account, and an officer from North Miami Police assisted in translating for the victim.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who:

Responded to the initial call.
Participated in detaining or arresting Brewster.
Conducted any interviews with Brewster or the victim.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
