As open records officer for the Agency, I am reviewing your request and assembling the requested records. It has been determined additional time is required to respond to your request because: (1) a legal review is necessary; (2) the extent or nature of
the request precludes a response within the required time period; (3) the request requires retrieval; (4) due to staffing limitations.
Once this review is complete, which I expect will be no later than December 4, 2019, I will notify you of the determination and provide you with any and all public records requested.

Respectfully,
Timothy P. Brennan, Esq.

We expect to have the response out today, but we have been unable to locate any records. As a result, we expect a denial. Perhaps an extension and a discussion between you and I would help. Did you want to extend it 2 weeks and give me a call to give me more information? I will explain where we are at on it as well.

Sincerely,
