Thank you for your interest in public records of Village of Oak Lawn. Your request has been received and is being processed in accordance with the State Government Code. Your request was received in this office on 11/21/2024 and given the reference number P006936-112124 for tracking purposes.
Records Requested: To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

- A copy of all training materials, including but not limited to any handouts, workbooks, assessments, presentations, slides, videos, audio files, or other materials, either developed in-house or provided to the agency pertaining to the agency's use of Nighthawk.Cloud Inc. products.
- A copy of all agency manuals either developed in-house or provided to the agency pertaining to the agency's use of Nighthawk.Cloud Inc. products.
- A copy of all agency policies and procedures either developed in-house or provided to the agency pertaining to the agency's use of Nighthawk.Cloud Inc. products.
- A roster of all agency employees who either have a user account for Nighthawk.Cloud Inc. products or have internal agency permissions to use Nighthawk.Cloud Inc. products as of 11/21/2024.
- A roster of all agency employees who have completed agency training for the use of Nighthawk.Cloud Inc. products as of 11/21/2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is to notify you that your request is now complete. Please return to the portal to review your documents which have been properly redacted to protect private and personal information.
There are currently two detectives trained to use Nighthawk whose Certificates of Achievements have been provided. Please contact Nighhawk directly to obtain copies of the manuals as we do not have any in our possession.
