Records related to the Oak Park Police Department’s Flock Safety system, specifically:
1. All Flock related records delivered to the citizen police oversight body including, but not limited to the following:
1.1 Searches conducted by the department
1.2 Searches by outside agencies that included the department's Flock network
1.3 Flock Activity reports
1.4 Memos and other reports
2. Current data sharing that includes:
2.1 The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares ALPR data, also referred to as "Networks that I’m sharing."
2.2. The names of agencies and organizations from which the Agency receives ALPR data, also referred to as "Flock networks shared with me."
2.3 The names of agencies and organizations with which the Agency shares “hotlist” information, also referred to as "Hotlists that I’m sharing."
2.4 The names of agencies and organizations from which the Agency receives “hotlist” information, also referred to as "Hotlists shared with me."
Please provide any documents in their original electronic, machine readable format. For example, please provide csv or spreadsheet files where applicable.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Regular business hours to accept Freedom of Information Act Requests are Monday thru Friday, 7am-5pm. DVDs, such as copies of Village Board meeting videos, are $1 each

Copies of public records will not be mailed except upon prepayment of a fee equal to the actual cost of postage and copying. A $1 fee is charged to certify a public record.

This request is for electronic/digital copies of the records. When the department acknowledged this request, it listed charges only for "physical copies of public records." Since the request is for digital records, and the department charges for physical copies, I did not expect that there would be fees associated with this request. Could you please clarify what the charges are for?
