I would like to obtain all emails sent to, from, or copied to Jean Quan, Former Mayor of Oakland and Libby Schaaf current Mayor of Oakland from January 1, 2013 to Present day, containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: 'EB-5', 'Regional Center', 'USCIS' or 'EB5'.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I looked on Next Request and did not see your request listed. Were you able to submit the request on our system?
I'll need our IT staff to perform a search on former Mayor Quan's emails but I need the request listed in the system to initiate the IT search.
Mayor Schaaf's staff would handle her records search separately.
