Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All surveillance footage on October 7th, 2012 protest in downtown Oakland, California - Afghans for Peace demonstration or Hoodies and Hijabs March
- all notes, memos, video, audio and social media surveillance on protesters as well as any communications with other state or federal agencies on rally and march in Oakland on Oct 7th 2012
- any and all communications with command units through police car radio, any and all dash cam and police cruiser audio from Oct 7th 2012
-all communications, written, memo, meeting minutes, recorded video or audio of meetings and interactions between OPD and Federal Law Enforcement including the JTTF, FBI and DHS in regards to the Oct 7th 2012 protest in downtown Oakland
- All OPD patrol radio, dispatch and command unit communications for Oct 7th 2012
- any and all notes, memos, audio recording, meeting notes and minutes including Mohammed Harun Arsalai and the protest in Oakland on Oct 7th 2012
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
