Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
ALL body camera footage, surveillence footage, surveillence notes, surveillence photos, all photos, all notes, all communications in writing, text message, email, memos, over radio communication, court records, police records, meeting notes, city meeting notes, calender memos and notes, notebooks, hand written notes in relation to Mohammed Harun Arsalai from the years of June 1, 2008 through June 15, 2020
I am Mohammed Harun Arsalai, a journalist investigating myself - my work can be found on LA Times, Al Jazeera, Foreign Policy and The Nation: https://www.thenation.com/authors/mohammed-harun-arsalai/
IF there needs to be a more specific timeline or date for a specific arrest in with I am requesting that ALL body camera footage, surveillence footage, surveillence notes, surveillence photos, all photos, all notes, all communications in writing, text message, email, memos, over radio communication, court records, police records, meeting notes, city meeting notes, calender memos and notes, notebooks, hand written notes in relation to Mohammed Harun Arsalai from the years of October 10, 2011 and all related materials to this specific arrest which may have lead to investigations.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

To clarify, are you looking for any reports or incidents that mention your name from 2008 to 2015, including any and all documentation on file?
Yes, however from 2008 through 2020 - I would also like any notes, any mentions of name(s) given, any hand written notes, any mentions in meetings and/or meeting minutes. Anywhere on incidents, reports, file, video, audio, bodycamera, hand written notes and/or memos and calenders in which there is mention from 2008 - 2020
