Oakland 14th Street Safety Project (Public Works)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All public records about development, city plans, and information about 14th street sidewalk expansion on the 300 block in Oakland, CA. As part of the 14th Street Safety Project, I would like the public records regarding the cross sections of Webster and 14th, and 14th and Harrison. Please provide records from the period of January 1, 2010 through September 18, 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
