Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Please send record of any and all correspondence, statistical reports, and traffic analysis of the area that my brother Brandon A. Spearman was hit by a SUV on November 12, 2018 Veterans Day as he waited at a bus stop.
I spoke with both Sgt.Nienhaus & Detective Todd & this is my formal request of written records for our family.
My mother is requesting all reports before any are released to the news outlets.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
