Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All communications with Energy Transfer, or anyone representing them, regarding the Rover pipeline
All communications with FERC regarding the Rover pipeline
All communication with Rover Pipeline LLC regarding the Rover pipeline
All communications with Art Arnold
All communications with Alexis Daniel
All communications in the possession of, sent, or received by Director Craig Butler that mention the Rover pipeline or Energy Transfer
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Hi Jesse,
Thank you for emailing me your request below, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you regarding it. I wasn't sure if there was a particular subject matter involving Rover that you are interested in - permits, inspections, spills, etc.? To that end I have attached our public records checklist for your use which details how are records and Programs are organized. Although not required, we suggest that you fill it out to help us locate the exact files you need. If you could return the completed checklist to me, that would be great. With regards to email records, we need a "To", "From", "Subject", and date range in order to accurately search our records. The narrower the subject line, the better.

Thanks for responding. I am searching specifically for email records and attachments. I do not need actual permits and filings, to the extent that they are not included in the request for communications. Please search your records from January 1, 2015 to the current date. Let me refine it to the following:
Please search the email account of Craig Butler for any documents responding to the following:
Any email to or from Craig Butler that includes the phrase "Energy Transfer" or "Energy Transfer Partners"
Any email from Art Arnold
Any email from Alexis Daniel
Any email that includes the phrase "Rover Pipeline"
Please include all attachments.
