To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) Copies of all applications to transfer a motion picture tax credit submitted to the Ohio Development Services Agency since Jan. 1, 2011. If ODSA maintains a database of motion picture tax credit transfers, a copy of that database would satisfy this request and would likely be easier to provide.

I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist employed by the Lowell Sun and I intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest and not for any commercial purposes.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

To date, we have not received any applications to transfer credit.
