Subject: Open Records Request: PEO and Poll Worker's Reports 2014(Ohio)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

I request any and all relevant documents submitted by precinct election officials (PEOs) and onsite poll workers for the following elections: (i) the primary election held on May 6, 2014, (ii) local ballot measure elections held on May 6, 2014, (iii) the general election held on November 4, 2014 and (iv) local ballot measure elections held on November 4, 2014.

These documents should include but not be limited to: all activity reports submitted by the PEOs, any voter complaint logs (or equivalent reports of voter comments), voting system malfunction reports (including repair measures conducted by PEOs or contractors), and any other issue reports submitted on the election days cited above.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Ms. Sitrin,

This office does not have anything responsive to this particular request. The information you are looking for can likely be obtained from the individual county boards of elections. I have provided a link below with contact information for each board.
