Good afternoon -

There is no need to create any new records, as the records are already in existence as items within your mail server's database. By your response, do you mean to suggest that the governor's office does not maintain the mail server database, even if not through proxy?

Is there any way that this request can be sent to your IT department to fulfill this request, or should I send a request to them myself?

From: Office of the Governor

Dear Mr. Chapman:

Attached please find the response to your public records request.

Kind Regards,

Molly
