A proper request under the Ohio Public Records Law must identify the records sought with reasonable specificity. In response to your request, we gathered a large number of procurement contracts with the companies you listed. You responded that you are looking only for transactions that fall outside normal procurement contracts. This encompasses a broad and undefined array of possible transactions or relationships. The university does not maintain a central record of all possible relationships with commercial entities and thus we are not in a position to respond to your request. If you could be more specific with respect to the transactions you are looking for we can try to figure out if any university office has such records.
