Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request to obtain copies of the following records:
All internal and external email correspondence, including attachments, of Attorney General Mike Hunter, Dawn Cash, and staff in the Public Utilities Unit, regarding the joint project of Public Service Company of Oklahoma and Southwestern Electric Power Company called the Wind Catcher Project, also referred to as the Wind Catcher Energy Connection.
The timeframe of this request is between July 26, 2017 and September 5, 2017.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Thank you for your inquiry. I have attached the email confirmation to the September 5, 2017 request. By searching my records, I did note that status requests were sent on 9/21 and 10/6. I apologize that the responses to these two communications were not answered.
As to Mr. Kasper’s records request, I have no new information at this time. As stated in the attached letter, we are processing a considerable number of requests and will be in touch with him as quickly as possible once the search is complete. Please feel free to contact me to follow-up on the request; I do my best to respond. I do apologize that these two update requests were not answered.
