Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A complete copy of the “Replacing Stolen SNAP Benefits: State Plan” submitted by the state of Oklahoma to the U.S. Department of Agriculture on 2/27/2023.
The plan was required to be submitted by federal law on 2/27/23 and according to the USDA website below, it was approved on 05/25/23: https://www.fns.usda.gov/snap/replacing-stolen-benefits-state-plan-approvals
In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am a journalist with Scripps News, I request this information for news gathering purposes. Scripps News is a national news network and a subsidiary of the E.W. Scripps company.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
