Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All agency contracts, licenses, MOUs, letters of intent, State of Work documents, Scope of Work documents, and other agreement documents with IDEMIA or IDEMIA North America signed between 1/1/2018 and 5/10/2023.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Please be advised all requests must be on DPS’ Open Records Request form in order to be processed. Additionally, given the multitude of documents you have requested, it will not be possible to fulfill your request in 10 days, but we will begin working on the request once we receive the proper form.
