Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any and all contracts between the University of Oklahoma and the executive search firm Storbeck Search, made between 1990 and the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As provided for in state law, 51 O.S. § 24A.5.3, the University of Oklahoma may charge for records production, as filed with the County Clerk’s Office, unless your request indicates that it is within the exceptions of the Open Records Act for waiver of fees. Please provide documentation for the basis of any waiver of fees.
Please remember, we are not required to create a new record to respond to requests. We are only required to release documents that the University currently keeps. Also, we are required to release only documents that were available as of the date of the request.
