All Stand Your Ground motions that have been filed by defendants in judicial district 11 since January 1, 2006.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Upon review of your open records request, District 11 does not keep a list concerning Stand Your Ground Law. I will say that I have been a prosecutor in this office for 16 years and to my knowledge this District has not had a Stand your Ground issue come up.
I am happy to answer questions about this or if I am mistaken to look into individual cases but the open records law of Oklahoma requires us to disclose records/lists, we do not keep such lists in the normal course of business.
