Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting data on crime incidents—those classified by your agency as crimes—rather than calls for service or unfounded incidents.
• Year(s) Requested: 2010 and 2011
• Columns Requested: Incident date, Incident time, Type of crime (e.g., robbery, theft, etc.), Incident ID, and all other available columns that do not require additional processing by the agency or redaction.
If the data are stored in a proprietary or custom electronic format not publicly available, I request that it be converted to a format viewable with standard software, such as Microsoft Excel or CSV. Please avoid providing data in PDF or paper printouts.
This request is made to support academic research conducted in the public interest and is not for commercial purposes. The data will contribute to a research project assessing the effect of music concerts on crime, aiming to enhance public understanding of how large events influence community safety.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

After you conduct your search, you can click on individual bubbles on the map to pull up information about it, or you can click the data grid button on the toolbar to view the incidents as a list. This map will provide you with:
Type of Incident/crime, Case number, Date/Time, Location.

As stated in my previous message, I requested incident-level data directly from your agency from 2010 and 2011 converted to a format viewable with standard statistical software. The link you directed me to does not have data from these years and is not in an acceptable format. Please send the requested data or let me know if these records no longer exist.

After receiving your email in regards to the 2010 and 2011 data, I confirmed with our data systems Captain and he confirmed that data for 2010 and 2011 is in fact in the community crime map.
Because this has been provided via this web map, we have fulfilled this request as we will not be converting this to another format.
