Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

The following documents related to the Department's investigation into payroll advance companies that was launched on August 6, 2019:
1. Memos, status reports, and documents outlining final or preliminary findings of the investigation
2. Lists of subjects of the investigation
3. List of personnel involved in the investigation
4. Documents outlining recommended actions as a result of the investigation

Please send records as they become available, and do not wait for all documents to be produced.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
