Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the current contract between the County and the current vendor for inmate communication services at the County Correctional / Detention Facility. This may encompass telecommunication, kiosk, and mobile tablet services. I am requesting that the information provided contain the term and expiration date of the current contract (including any optional contract extensions), as well as the current telecommunications provider and the services currently being provided pursuant to the agreement.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please consider this our response to your FOIA request:
No contract exists between the Orange County Sheriff's Office and any vendor for inmate communication services because we do not have a jail or inmates.

I am again in receipt of your FOIA request from March 14, 2018. I have already responded to this FOIA request on March 22, 2018 and it is included below. There is nothing else to report nor will we communicate with you further. I do not have to respond multiple times for the same FOIA request. You have no phone number attached but your recent letter includes the response below.
Furthermore, you are from Somerville, MA. Virginia FOIA laws make us answerable to Virginia residents - which you are not. Please stop sending me the same FOIA request. It has already been answered! We do not have a jail nor do we have a contract for inmate communication services.
