Any and all training materials used in the past four years (January 1, 2020 through January 1, 2024) that mention excited delirium / agitated delirium / bell's mania / lethal catatonia.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have reviewed your Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) Request dated October 27, 2024 where you ask for training materials dated January 1, 2020 - January 1, 2024 that mention excited delirium / agitated delirium / bell's mania / lethal catatonia and following a diligent search, we have been unable to locate any records responsive to your request.
We do not waive other grounds of exemption by stating the above in the event that this matter is appealed. Should you wish to appeal this determination, you must do so in writing submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter to the attention of: Richard B. Golden, County Attorney, FOIL Appeals Officer, Orange County Department of Law, Government Center, 255-275 Main Street, Goshen, New York 10924.
