ORT charges (Orange County District Attorney)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

From 1/1/2019-3/11/2025, for any case where any one of the following penal code
sections were charged: 490.4 (a), 459.5, 484(a) – (and whether the special
allegation of 490.2 was alleged), the following statistical information:
- Date of filing
- Additional charges
- Age of the defendant at the time of the crime
- Race/national origin/ethnicity
- Gender
- Outcome proceeding type + date
- Outcome (dismissal, sentence, etc)
- Amount of theft if entered in PIMS

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
