To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- A copy of all training materials, including but not limited to any handouts, workbooks, assessments, presentations, slides, videos, audio files, or other materials, either developed in-house or provided to the agency pertaining to the agency's use of Peregrine products.
- A copy of all agency manuals either developed in-house or provided to the agency pertaining to the agency's use of Peregrine products.
- A copy of all agency policies and procedures either developed in-house or provided to the agency pertaining to the agency's use of Peregrine products.
- A roster of all agency employees who either have a user account for Peregrine products or have internal agency permissions to use Peregrine products as of 11/21/2024.
- A roster of all agency employees who have completed agency training for the use of Peregrine products as of 11/21/2024.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

As stated on our email response to you, the OCSD has no responsive records for this request. OCSD does not maintain any manuals regarding Peregrine.
