A copy of all complaints since 1/1/2000 lodged against the Integrated Trauma Treatment Center or the Portland Therapy Center.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Yes, I meant Integrative Trauma Treatment Center. The Oregon Medical Association appears to be a nongovernmental entity, which would mean they are not subject to public records law. Can you confirm that you would not have the documents I'm looking for?

I would send this request to Oregon Medical Association. But I am not totally sure. It would depend on these facilities services and staff licenses.

Dear Mr. Anderson,
Your public records request for "A copy of all complaints since 1/1/2000 lodged against the Integrated Trauma Treatment Center or the Portland Therapy Center" has been referred to me for processing.
I will need clarification from you before I can ascertain whether these entities are licensed through Oregon Health Authority. First, do you mean "Integrative Trauma Treatment Center, LLC" located in Portland, Oregon, and formed in 2012? And do you mean "Portland Therapy Center LLC" located in Portland, Oregon, and formed in 2013? If so, these are domestic limited liability companies, which would not be licensed through Oregon Health Authority. If there are complaints against individual licensed psychologists, or other licensed counselors or therapists (http://traumacenternw.com/our-team/ and http://www.portlandtherapycenter.com/therapists), you would need to contact the following to ascertain if any complaints have been filed against them:
