Emails between Eugene Governor and USOC

Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following documents:

Emails between the governor's office and the United States Olympic Committee from January 1, 2014 to present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

For my own records, I just want to document our phone conversation, which resolved that IT would search for emails going to or from the USOC domain name and that I may qualify for a fee waiver as I am a journalist and this would be for publication.
