Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1) For records of all registration and registration renewals between public bodies and the Department of Aviation.
2) An electronic (CSV preferred) copy of the data registry for all unmanned aircraft systems registered under subsection (2)(a) of law 837.360.
3) Records of all annual reports of unmanned aircraft usage between state agencies and the Oregon Department of Aviation under (7)(a) of law 837.360. Please include documents from January 1st 2020 to January 1st 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello,
I would like to get some clarification on your request.
For Number 1) For records of all registration and registration renewals between public bodies and the Department of Aviation.
Do you want records of all aircraft or just drones? What do you mean by records? Do you want the information that we have stored in our electronic database, or do you want copies of aircraft registration paperwork? What time period do you want the records for number 1?
Number 2 and 3 are straightforward.

In clarification of #1, please include records for just drones. Alongside, please include all the information that is stored in electronic database, in the event that I am in need of further information apart from the database I will make notice. As for the time period, please include all records from January 1st, 2020 to January 1st, 2023.
