Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I hereby request the following documents:
Highest resolution copy available of Oregon Lottery commercial entitled "Jackpot Trio" (link for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OiPdQ-9tY8). Requested specs: 1920x1080 HD, Quicktime Pro Res 422 HQ or better, Native Frame rate.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Good morning. This information was provided to you on December 23, 2014. Mr. Klasey also confirmed receipt of the “Jackpot Trio” spot on January 12, 2015 when a second request for the spot was requested.
I do have a pending request for the “Wishbone” spot. Our attorneys are looking into the possibility of talent fees and hopefully will get back to us soon. I will follow up by the end of the week if we have not heard anything.
