To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Records of all liquor displinary violations, drug disciplinary violations, reports of rape, reports of fondling, and reports of statutory rape from student residence halls dating from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2019 (inclusive). I am requesting this information have the following information (but not limited to): exact date reported of the violation (e.g., the month, day, and year) and type of violation (e.g., liquor, drug, rape, fondling, statutory rape violation).

If this data can be given in a spreadsheet format (e.g., .xls, .csv, .xlsx) this would be most appreciated.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello Michael,

An even better one stop look at our ASR statistics would be at this DOE link: https://ope.ed.gov/campussafety/#/ This is where all of the statistics that we report to the DOE can be found, and they can look for any and all institutions that are required to report per the federal regulation. It will show the statistics for three years at a time.
