Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. All policy documents and manuals related to the use of Briefcam
2. All purchasing, procurement, and bidding documents related to Briefcam
3. All agreements or MOUs and attachments related to Briefcam
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This will acknowledge receipt of your request dated December 14, 2020, received in this office on December 15, 2020 requesting information pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law.
A determination will be made concerning the availability of these records under the Freedom of Information Law. Typically, within twenty (20) business days, this Office would notify you of said determination. However, due to the present public health crisis our staff has been significantly reduced in accordance with the Governor's Executive Order, and therefore notice of said determination will be communicated as soon as practicable.
Please refer to the Request for Record No. 35887 on all future correspondence relating to this request.
If your request pertains to building and property records from the Planning and Development Department, you may follow up regarding your inquiry for building records at (516) 624-6269 or (516) 624-6235 located at 74 Audrey Avenue - 2nd floor, Oyster Bay, NY 11771.
The fee for copying records is 25 cents per page. Prior to copying any records, you will be contacted regarding availability and the expense involved.
