Good afternoon,

Some Information has been redacted pursuant to Government Code §7922.000.

An agency shall justify withholding any record by demonstrating that the record in question is exempt under express provisions of this division, or that on the facts of the particular case the public interest served by not disclosing the record clearly outweighs the public interest served by disclosure of the record.

Within the documents, City staff members have redacted personal information, such as personal email addresses, personal phone numbers, insurance policy numbers, Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) and familial vehicle insurance information. Public disclosure of the redacted personal information would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Based on the reasons for the redactions, the public interest served by withholding the redacted information clearly outweighs any public interest served by disclosure (Gov. Code § 7922.000).
