We are requesting this data in a machine-readable format such as Excel spreadsheets or .csv files.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We are in receipt of your request for Data on incidents/crimes reported 01/01/2009 through 12/31/2020. Please be advised that our data is only available beginning September 2010. Also the data requested is NIBRS specific. Pasadena Police Department is only reporting under UCR at this time. Our Crime Analyst was able to provide most of the data requested in the attached Excel spreadsheets. Please let me know if you have any questions.
