In early December, news wires reported that Pipedream Labs partnered with Curiosity Lab to launch the world's first underground logistics network in Peachtree Corners, Georgia:

Therefore, pursuant to Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records (please limit the time frame from from 01/01/2022 to the date that this request is processed):

1) All instructional materials, presentations and presentation materials (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slides formats), and other guidance documents produced by Pipedream Labs OR Curiosity Lab regarding the underground logistics network.

2) Any digital communications including but not limited to emails and text messages) as well as documents, (including but not limited to PDF, word processing, excel, and slide documents) that mention "Pipedream" OR "Curiosity Lab" OR "underground logistics" OR "underground infrastructure" OR "underground delivery" OR "underground railway" OR "underground systems"
NOTE: domains include @curiositylabptc.com AND @pipedreamlabs.co

3) Any digital communications (including but not limited to emails and text messages) with representatives from Pipedream Labs OR Curiosity Lab.
(See note above regarding domains.)

4) Any public comment, complaints, and subsequent enforcement actions involving Pipedream Labs OR Curiosity Lab.

5) Any and all applications and application materials submitted for Pipedream Labs's and Curiosity Lab's underground logistics network.

6) Any contracts, memorandums, or agreements between Peachtree Corner and Pipedream Labs regarding the underground logistics network project.

7) Any records that Disney provided to Peachtree Corner explaining, pitching, or discussing Pipedream Labs's and Curiosity Lab's underground logistics network project. The term “records” includes emails, transcripts of testimony, minutes or notes of meetings, PowerPoint or other similar slide presentations, memoranda, reports, maps, photographs, drawings, data, tables, spreadsheets, formulas, notes, contracts, memorandums, directives, etc. — whether in an electronic or print medium, original or copy, or draft or final form.

I kindly ask that my request is expedited. When completing this request, please prioritize whichever records would take the least amount of time to be located and released. I would like these records in electronic format, sent via email or other digital method, and again, please release documents on a rolling basis, as they become available.

Also, I am a member of the news media as a freelance journalist, and the requested documents are in the public interest and not being made for commercial purposes. Therefore, I ask that all fees are waived in the processing of my request. If fees associated with this request will be in excess of $25, kindly notify me in advance of fulfilling this request.
