Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
In 1992, Dominic Fierro received 13 to 27 years in prison for the murder of twenty-six-year-old Lisa Ann DePaul of Pennsylvania. Law enforcement officials could establish that Fierro strangled her because she refused to have an abortion. Fierro then tried to stage her apartment to make it appear that a burglary had occurred. Ms. DePaul’s father found her body on Christmas morning. An autopsy indicated that she might have miscarried prior to the murder.
Currently I am looking for the following documents relating to this crime.
(1) Police report from the crime scene.
(2) Record of arrest for Dominic Fierro.
Any other information that can be provided on this case would be much appreciated.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
