Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
All reports of in-custody deaths between December 2022 and January 2024 in which desethyl isotonitzene appeared in a toxicology result or medical examiner's report.
Please specifically query PSP records from Philadelphia, PA and Philipsburg (Clearfield County) PA, where such results are known or believed to have been documented.
