Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

For purposes of this request, "SCANDALOUS OR DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT POLICY" means any of: (a) Executive Order No. 1980-18 Amended, dated May 6, 2024, 54 Pa.B. 3018; (b) 4 Pa. Code § 7.158.1 ("Personal conduct," providing that "No employee, appointee or official of the Executive Branch of the Commonwealth may engage in scandalous or disgraceful conduct, or any other behavior, on or off duty, which may bring the service of the Commonwealth into disrepute") or (c) any policy, guidance, regulation, or other prohibition against "scandalous or disgraceful conduct, or any other behavior, on or off duty, which may bring the service of the Commonwealth into disrepute."

1. Any records reflecting a complaint, charge, or disciplinary action concerning any violation (or alleged violation) of a SCANDALOUS OR DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT POLICY.

2. Any records reflecting any warning issued to any employee concerning the SCANDALOUS OR DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT POLICY.

3. Any policy, guidance, regulation, or handbook concerning the SCANDALOUS OR DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT POLICY.

This request is limited to records generated on or after May 5, 2024.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please be advised that your request for records made pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law ("RTKL") [65 P.S. §§ 67.101, et seq.] was logged as having been received by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's ("PLCB") Agency Open Records Office on January 23, 2025.
