Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Absolutely any and all logs of public records requests submitted to this agency from the period from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2016. Please include all available information, including the date of the request, the status of the request, the subject of the request, the requester (and any associated information, such as the requester's status as an inmate), and whether any materials were released as a result of the request.
If further clarification is necessary, please feel free to call me at 617-299-1832.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning,
Please be advised that upon receiving your request, the Department sent out a 30 day extension which gave us until April 24, 2017 within which to respond. However, after working diligently with the IT department we have completed your request and it has been sent to our mailroom for processing on April 3, 2017. You should be receiving the responsive documents shortly.
Due to its large contents, we have placed the responsive documents on disc, along with our final response were sent via regular USPS.
