Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) Copies of all Keystone Special Development Zone Tax Credit transfer applications (also known as Appendix C --- KSDZ assignment application) submitted to the department since jan. 1, 2010. If the department maintains a database or list of transfered KSDZ tax credits for the relevant years, a copy of that list would satisfy this request and negate the need to send each application individually.
I ask that all fees be waived for this request as I am a reporter employed by the Lowell Sun and I intend to use the requested records to publish article sin the public interest and not for any commercial purposes.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
