Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all applications sent after June 2018, from the Port Authority of Allegheny County to the Federal Transit Administration, for the Small Starts federal grant program.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please allow this e-mail to serve as acknowledgment of your below e-mail dated and received October 3, 2018 inquiring as to the status of Port Authority's response to your recently filed Right-to-Know request concerning Small Starts grant application filings. Please be advised that Port Authority has no record of a Right-to-Know request dated or submitted to Port Authority on September 26, 2018 as noted in your e-mail below. Rather, your Right-to-Know request was dated and received by Port Authority on September 27, 2018 (see attached). In accordance with Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law, your request is being processed, and it is anticipated that a final response to same will be provided within 5 business days, or by close of business on Thursday, October 4.
