Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

Under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, I am requesting all available public records relating to the Pennsylvania State Police's assistance during the December 25, 2024 arrest of Omar J. Dickens, following a burglary at Lowe’s (2002 Chemical Road, Plymouth Township).

Specifically:

Any PSP unit logs, reports, or narratives documenting PSP assistance on scene.

Any dashcam or bodycam footage from responding PSP troopers (if applicable).

Any inter-agency communications, dispatch logs, or support documentation regarding PSP’s role in this arrest.

Context: Dickens fled in a box truck, struck a cruiser, fled on foot, and was apprehended with assistance from multiple agencies, including PSP, near the train tracks behind the Metroplex. The primary incident was logged by Plymouth Township Police.

This is a non-commercial request made in the public interest. Please provide digital records where possible. If denied, please explain with statutory justification and redacted records where applicable.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
