Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
A list of all outstanding or active contracts or business relationships between SERS and Wells Fargo. For each contract or relationship, please list the amount of money involved (e.g., PSERS pays Wells Fargo $X million to manage $x million), and the start and ends dates of the contract or relationship.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101 et seq., defines "Requester" as, "A person that is a legal resident of the United States and requests a record pursuant to this act. The term includes an agency."
