Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any information and records related to local organizations who have ever been involved with protesting Temple University's proposal to build a stadium near their center city campus. Related organizations include (but are not limited to) the Philadelphia "Stadium Stompers", "15 Now of Temple University", "15 Now Philadelphia", "Temple Socialists", "Church of the Advocate". In addition to any records with any mention or reference to any of these organizations, I am also requesting any records generally pertaining to the protest of the stadium.
I request any records, including but not limited to investigations, police reports, correspondence, email, or any other documentation regarding these organizations. I request ALL records stored about any of these organizations, not only those pertaining to their actions regarding the stadium.
Suggested keywords for search include: "Stadium Stompers", "15 Now Temple" "15 Now Philadelphia", "Temple Socialists", "Church of the Advocate", "Temple Stadium"
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
