Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I am hereby requesting raw data — in a machine-readable database or spreadsheet format such as shapefile, geojson, Excel, CSV, Access, SQL or XML — used in the creation of a map attached at this link (http://philasdfacilities.info/Map) which contains information about Philadelphia Public School's Facilities Planning Process.
The data should include all fields in the geographic information system(GIS) files, database, or spreadsheets that contain non-exempt information, including but no limited to: the school's Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA), Educational Suitability Assessment (ESA), the Weighted Combined Score, and the Current Utilization. This includes all layers, objects, and attribute data for other aspects of the map as well. I also request all documentation that describes the layout of the database’s tables and fields, and that provides the definitions of any field names, codes, and abbreviations used in the database. This information may be gathered together in a single document like a data dictionary, entity layout, or user's guide. If that is the case, I request access to and copy of said document.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for the response. As permitted by section by Section 902(b) of the RTKL, notice shall "include the reason for the review."
Could you please provide a reason for the review beyond the suggestion that "the extent or nature of the request precludes a response within the required time period." More specifically, could you provide me a reason for review that fits within categories 1-7 of Section 902(a)?
