Description of Public Request: To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
· A copy of the bid submitted in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters, any contracts with third-party providers for services rendered regarding the Amazon HQ2 bid, and any marketing budgets regarding Amazon-related expenditures from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is received.
Now that Amazon has announced the locations of its second headquarters, there is no ongoing competition barring the proposal's release.
Please provide records on a rolling basis, and reach meat 617-299-1832 if you have any questions.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees,I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filed electronically,by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your request. Do to the holiday season we apologies for the delay in response.

As your public records request is currently written there are no responsive documents. The city of Phoenix did not submit a bid regarding the location of HQ2, the city of Phoenix submitted information that was incorporated into a larger package submitted by the state. Furthermore, there were no marketing budgets, nor contracts with a third party to assemble any of the information provided as part of the submission.
